To see quality results on the field, you need to prepare accordingly. In this session, Coach Candrea demonstrates his hitting drills program, helping you and your team ready your skills and instincts for any situation in the batter’s box. Features Andrea Duran….
How does the USA National team hone their defensive skills? We’ll show you. In this session, you’ll see how the team prepares to defend against the best players in the world.
