OKLAHOMA CITY — The 2011 season continues at the Amateur Softball Association (ASA) Hall of Fame Complex in Oklahoma City on Friday with the ASA Spring Challenge. Girls fast pitch teams at the 14-Under, 16U and 18U levels will first compete in pool play before moving onto bracket play Saturday and Sunday.

At 6:30 p.m. on all four fields, the 14U event kicks off and the eight teams remain in pool play until 10:50 a.m. Saturday when bracket play begins. Bracket play games are also Saturday at 1:40 p.m., 3:05, 5:55 and 8:45 and Sunday at 9:25 and 10:50 a.m., both on the Stadium Field, and the event concludes with the 12:15 p.m. on Field 2.
Eight teams are competing in the 16U event, which kicks off at 7:55 p.m. Friday and continues with pool play until 12:15 p.m. Saturday, when teams enter bracket play. Bracket play games are also at 3:05, 4:30, 7:20 and 8:45 p.m. Saturday with 8 a.m., 9:25, 12:15 p.m. and 1:40 games on Sunday.
In the 18U division, six teams are competing for the Spring Challenge title. The 18U action starts Friday at 9:20 p.m. and continues with pool play at 9:25 a.m. and 1:40 p.m. Saturday. At 4:30 Saturday, bracket play begins with another game at 7:20. The teams also play at 8 and 10:50 a.m. Sunday as well as 12:15 p.m., 1:40 and 3:50, which is also the last game of the tournament.
