Bio
Was an original member of Tom Masonís four person National Umpire staff from 1966-1979. He spent five years as a minor league baseball umpire in his distinguished 40-year career. As an ASA umpire officiated 10 Womenís Nationals, two Menís Nationals, one ISF Menís World Fast Pitch Tourney (1968) and four Interservice Tournaments. Was UIC for 15 ASA nationals. Was inducted into Curbstone Coachesí Hall of Fame, Youngstown, OH in 1978. Born December 21, 1911. Passed away July 10, 1995 at age 83.
