nHELMETS/FACEMASKS - All Junior Olympic Fast Pitch batting helmets shall

be equipped with a securely fastened NOCSAE approved face

mask guard.  Please note that the facemask must bear the NOCSAE certification mark on the facemask or they have not been approved and cannot be worn.  Many older models manufactured prior to 2005 have not been approved and do not have the NOCSAE certification mark and therefore cannot be worn.
